Retention is a follow-up discipline. My work is structured customer engagement across the player lifecycle: welcoming new players, keeping active players supported, bringing dormant accounts back, and resolving the complaints that quietly cause churn.

The retention lifecycle I work across

I handle customer contact at every stage rather than only at the point of churn. Early-stage players need account and payment help fast. Active players need promotions that are actually relevant to how they play. Dormant players need a reason and a human message, not another generic blast.

  • Customer lifecycle management from registration through reactivation
  • Player reactivation and dormant-client follow-up campaigns
  • High-volume outbound communication, up to 50+ customer interactions per day
  • Objection handling and complaint resolution to protect satisfaction scores
  • Account, deposit and withdrawal support in coordination with payments
  • Retention campaign execution and post-campaign reporting

Complaints are a retention channel

Most churn I have seen was not caused by a competitor's bonus. It was caused by a withdrawal question that went unanswered, or a promotion term the player misunderstood. Handling those cases quickly and honestly — including saying no clearly when the answer is no — keeps more players than an extra campaign does.

Coordinating with the rest of the business

CRM sits between marketing, payments, customer service and operations. I track KPIs, prepare daily operational reporting, and escalate cross-functionally so recurring issues get a fix rather than a repeated apology.

A note on numbers

The 500K+ figure referenced across this site represents registered accounts visible within a multi-level operational reporting hierarchy. It does not represent personally acquired or simultaneously active players.

Common questions

CRM & Player Retention, answered plainly.

What does CRM retention mean in iGaming?
It means managing structured, stage-based communication with players — onboarding, ongoing engagement, reactivation of dormant accounts and complaint resolution — so that acquired players keep playing rather than lapsing after first deposit.
How do you approach dormant player reactivation?
By segmenting dormant accounts, understanding why each group stopped, and following up with relevant, market-appropriate messaging rather than a single generic campaign.
