Forex / CFD Client Management & Retention

Indonesia • Malaysia • India • Pakistan

In Forex and CFD, client management has a compliance boundary that iGaming does not. My work covers client communication, portfolio follow-up, KYC support and reactivation — with education inside compliance limits and no performance promises.

Client management scope

I handle the relationship side of a brokerage client base: onboarding follow-up, answering platform and account questions, supporting KYC completion, documenting every interaction in CRM, and re-engaging clients who have gone quiet.

  • Forex and CFD client communication and portfolio follow-up
  • MT4 and MT5 platform familiarity for first-line client questions
  • KYC support and documentation follow-up
  • Dormant-account reactivation campaigns
  • CRM documentation and interaction history hygiene
  • Working knowledge of trading terminology for credible client conversations

Compliance is part of the job, not a constraint on it

I provide customer education within compliance boundaries. I do not give investment advice, do not promise returns, and do not make guarantees about market outcomes. Clients get clear explanations of how the platform, the account and the process work — which is what a regulated brokerage can actually stand behind.

Why the iGaming overlap matters

Forex/CFD and iGaming client bases behave similarly: high-frequency users, deposit and withdrawal sensitivity, strong reaction to responsiveness. Experience in both means I can move between the two without relearning how retention works.
